Prior to study start-up, a recruitment strategy is formulated by the recruiters, with the input of the Principal Investigator, Clinic and Research Managers, as well as the Coordinators. Throughout the study the recruitment team meets with each coordinator and manager, on a weekly basis, to discuss progress and changes in enrollment goals. Ongoing review of our recruiting strategies keeps our efforts fresh and efficient.
Meeting Enrollment Goals
Diagnostics Research Group has been very successful in meeting study enrollment goals in an efficient and expeditious manner. As a result, we are often asked by Sponsors and CROs to exceed our enrollment goal. In addition, we are frequently asked to be an add-on-site for studies needing a boost in enrollment.
